The Hacienda La Estanzuela, founded in 1729, was divided among the Robles Castillo Brothers, with Adolfo establishing himself in La Loma and Alberto in La Casa Grande. Originally a leisure hacienda, it became a municipality in 1869 and, in 1935, changed its name to Trinidad García de la Cadena in gratitude to the ruler of that time. The mezcal brand La Estanzuela, named after this historic place, stands out for its logo featuring an agave plant and symbolic elements reflecting the connection to nature and the colonial history of Zacatecas.
